Opening

The opening ceremony shall be performed by professor Hans Stoof, Rector Magnificus of Utrecht University. This will be followed by a short keynote speech introducing the conference's central themes: human rights, globalisation and development. The opening will take place in the Dom Church and can also be viewed from the Academy Building's Aula via live streaming.
